Alex is a 53 year old sex worker alumni who has lived experience under criminalization of consensual sex work. She is the Co-Founder of SWOP Behind Bars and sits on the Board of Directors of NSWP as the North American Representative. Alex has been working with men, women and trans folks who have been incarcerated and also have experience in the sex industry and works to reduce the shame, discrimination and stigma of sex work by showing up at community meetings and town hall discussions on trafficking and using herself as an example to demonstrate that sex workers are just like everyone else. She has been called a “watchdog” of anti trafficking activity and is committed to the unification of sex worker rights in the United States.

Kaytlin’s nothing-to-lose honesty and brazen comedic style is sure to make you laugh – and/or avoid eye contact with your significant other…and mom. Kaytlin started life in the spot light, as an only child! Her ex-hippie-liberal mother, and ex-military-“birther” father gave her a unique and fearless perspective. Kaytlin graduated from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC where she studied History, Theatre, and why being an only child makes you annoying. After graduation, she ran field campaigns for a progressive political consulting firm, and traveled all over the country. After two years, twelve cities, nine states, working 100 hours a week Kaytlin was strung out on Hope, Change, and Adderall. After the 2010 election cycle she decided to put down the clipboard, and pick up a microphone. In July, 2011 Kaytlin packed up her 1997 VW Cabrio convertible and moved to NYC to begin her comedy career. And that’s where she’s at.

River spent over 20 years as a trial attorney and lobbyist who owned her own law office by the courthouse. She recently walked away at the height of her career to fulfill her mission to support healthy sexuality and relationship. I do what I do because I don’t want you to get stuck in the situation I was in. As an attorney, I was taught to fight, divide and separate. I looked successful on the outside, but didn’t have a reason to get out of bed. Nothing sounded fun anymore … until I opened up to my authentic sexual expression. After realizing the purpose of life is to love, connect and unite, I could no longer fight. I had to invest my life in love.
