SWOP Behind Bars
Support & Resources for Incarcerated Sex Workers

SWOP Behind Bars (SBB) is a national grassroots social justice network dedicated to the fundamental human rights of sex workers, victims of trafficking, and their communities. We focus on those currently incarcerated or seeking re-entry. SWOP BB centers the voices of sex workers and trafficking victims as we work to end violence and stigma by providing direct services, resources, community-building projects, educational programs, and advocacy.

Feed the Family;
Fuel the Fight!

Feed the Family, Fuel the Fight is our end-of-year mutual-aid push to make sure no one in our community faces an empty fridge or an empty tank while fighting to survive systems stacked against us.

This effort, led by Frenchie and powered by SWOP Behind Bars, puts real cash, groceries, diapers, gas, and winter essentials directly into the hands of sex workers, survivors, and criminalized folks who need it right now—no hoops, no shame, no surveillance.

When we feed the family, we keep the fight alive.  Donate HERE to support Frenchies efforts to keep our community families safe!

When we take care of each other, we build the world we deserve.

What We Believe...

Anti- Trafficking
We believe that people who have experienced exploitation should have access and opportunity to receive services and support no matter how they got where they are. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or status as a protected veteran.

SWOP Behind Bars

advocates for resources, not "rescue."
