National Hotline
The Community Support Line (CSL) functions as a centralized toll-free hotline available to individuals throughout North America seeking help with safety planning, networking, and resource access. Weekly, we field over 200 calls addressing a broad spectrum of issues, ranging from crisis support following assault or arrest to inquiries about sex-positive resources, medical and mental health services, as well as requests for housing and transportation assistance.
Mentor By Mail
Sending mail to incarcerated sex workers serves as a harm reduction strategy, particularly for individuals who have engaged in sex work, as well as queer and transgender individuals. Mail Call frequently takes place in public areas within the prison. When an individual hears their name being called by a prison guard during Mail Call, it serves as a reminder that they are cared for by people on the outside. It also communicates to both the guards and other incarcerated individuals that this person has support and is not overlooked. Holiday Greetings
Holiday Greetings for incarcerated individuals occur four times annually, providing a simple and convenient means to send supportive messages without any obligation for ongoing communication. Our network includes Incarcerated Pen Pals in 35 out of 50 states who eagerly await your correspondence. You can choose to send 10, 25, or 50 Holiday Greetings, brightening the holidays for our incarcerated members. If you live or travel internationally, our incarcerated members greatly appreciate postcards from abroad, and you need not wait for a response. Find out more and sign up here!

You have the option to send books to incarcerated sex workers and survivors from their personalized Amazon Wishlist! This is a convenient and efficient method to offer support and encouragement to individuals facing the consequences of criminalization. Our wishlists are refreshed monthly, and it's important to include a gift receipt to ensure your donation isn't rejected by the facility.

Reentry Support
Six months before their release, our incarcerated members are given the "Focus on the Future" re-entry guide and handbook. Upon release and upon request, members receive a smartphone with 90 days of service, full-sized hygiene items, and support in obtaining identification documents. We also assist them in setting up essential accounts to access public and private resources. Additionally, we regularly refer incarcerated survivors of violence to legal counsel to help them expunge their criminal records.

Newsletters to Incarcerated Sex Workers
Our newsletter is currently being sent electronically to individuals within the incarcerated community who are serving sentences related to drug and prostitution offenses. The content covers a range of topics, including current affairs, mental health, excerpts from radical books, biographies of historical sex workers, and other subjects aimed at empowerment and well-being.
